Record-breaking parade
City Councilman Scott Bader, who helps organize the parade through the volunteer-run Everett Fourth of July Foundation, said 2026's lineup is unprecedented.
"The community coming together… it's a real cross-section of Everett. We have more entries this year than we've ever had," Bader said.
The parade went on a three-year hiatus during COVID. When the city didn't bring it back in 2023, a group of residents revived it. This is the fourth consecutive year since its return. The foundation relies on roughly 75 volunteers to pull it off.
