Nine Thursday nights of free live music are coming to the Everett waterfront, starting Thursday, July 2.
The Everett Music Initiative's Music at the Marina series opens its 2026 season at Port Gardner Landing, 1520 West Marine View Drive.
The nonprofit added a ninth show and moved the start date one week earlier than in previous years, when the series ran eight concerts beginning in mid-July.
Cloud Cover, an 80s and 90s alt-rock tribute band, kicks off the season. The lineup runs every Thursday through August 27, with acts spanning yacht rock, Fleetwood Mac and Eagles tributes, Pacific Northwest country, and a Queen tribute to close out the summer.
The full 2026 lineup:
- July 2 — Cloud Cover (80s & 90s Alt Rock Tribute)
- July 9 — Nite Wave (80s New Wave Tribute)
- July 16 — Santa Poco (Twang & Country)
- July 23 — The Little Lies (A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac)
- July 30 — Moxie (Feel Good Funk / R&B)
- August 6 — Point of Sail (Yacht Rock Tribute)
- August 13 — Victims of Love (Tribute to The Eagles)
- August 20 — Antwane Tyler (Pacific Northwest Country)
- August 27 — Queen Mother (Tribute to the Music of Queen)
Gates open at 5 p.m. each Thursday, with music starting at 6:30 p.m. and the event wrapping at 9 p.m. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
A beer garden (21 and older) operates on-site with limited chair space, and four food and dessert vendors will be set up at the venue.
The Port of Everett has expanded the venue layout for 2026 to prioritize seating, according to a June 29 announcement. Attendees should bring low-back lawn chairs.
Boaters can pull up to Guest Dock 2, an ADA-compliant moorage dock, to catch the shows from the water. The Port also noted 17 waterfront restaurants within walking distance for those who want to eat before the music starts.
Getting there: Parking is limited on event nights, and special event parking rates apply. Everett Transit runs a free "Wheels to the Waterfront" shuttle between Everett Station and Waterfront Place. The Port's free "Trawley" waterfront shuttle lets visitors park once and hop between waterfront spots.
The Everett Music Initiative, a nonprofit organizing concerts at the Port since 2021, produces the series. More information is available at portofeverett.com.
