Everett residents can get free STI testing, wound care, mental health support and Medicare assistance at a walk-in health fair Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Everett Station.

The Everett Station District Alliance is hosting the Health and Wellness Resource Fair from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Weyerhaeuser Room on the building's fourth floor, at 3201 Smith Ave. No appointment is needed.

Medical services include prescription refill assistance, posture and mobility assessments and women's health self-swab tests, first reported by the Everett Post. Resource tables will cover cancer prevention, substance use recovery and support, and victim advocacy.

District Services Director Rachel Holloway said the fair aims to connect residents with local health and support organizations in one stop.

The Everett Station District's event page lists Humana as a participating sponsor. The fair is free and open to all, with walk-ins welcome anytime during the four-hour window.
