A free, daylong health and wellness expo focused on women's longevity takes over Hotel Indigo on the Everett waterfront Sunday, Sept. 20.
The third annual Women's Waterfront Expo runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1028 13th St.
More than 40 local vendors and community partners will offer resources, products and information on topics including menopause, hormonal health, metabolic wellness, gut health, burnout and preventive care, the Everett Post reported.
Organizer Brie Noble told the Everett Post the event "is centered around women's health," but that everyone is welcome. "Spouses, partners, family members, and friends are encouraged to join the conversation," Noble said.
She added that participating experts will be available throughout the day to answer questions and connect attendees with resources.
The Hotel Indigo events page bills this year's edition as "The Longevity Edition," bringing together healthcare professionals, wellness experts and local businesses for a day of education and conversation.
The hotel describes the expo as a space for women to better understand and advocate for their health.
Corrie Wilder, who holds a doctorate in educational leadership and serves as executive director of marketing and communications at Washington State University Everett, returns as keynote speaker and emcee.
Wilder also co-chairs the board of the PartnerWell Center at Providence Institute for a Healthier Community, a Snohomish County population-health initiative, according to her LinkedIn profile. The expo's organizers describe her as a returning speaker from prior years.
Featured topics this year include GLP-1 education, a subject drawing wide public interest as weight-loss medications gain popularity.
Menopause, hormonal health and mental wellbeing round out the lineup.
Beyond the vendor marketplace and educational talks, the schedule includes sound bath experiences, a mocktail mixer at Jetty Bar & Grill and live DJ entertainment.
Attendees can also book one-on-one conversations with health professionals and take part in interactive photo opportunities, according to the event's Eventbrite listing.
The expo debuted in August 2024 and returned in September 2025, both at Hotel Indigo. A "Meet the Speakers" guide is available on the hotel's website for attendees who want to preview the lineup.
Admission is free. RSVP is required through Eventbrite, and giveaways are planned for the first 50 attendees to arrive.
