The Seattle Men's Chorus is bringing two shows to the Everett Civic Auditorium this season. The first, holiday concert "Prance & Be Merry," plays Sunday, Dec. 6 at 2 p.m.

Tickets for the December performance are already on sale at SeattleMensChorus.org. The chorus returns to the Colby Avenue auditorium on Saturday, May 8, 2027, at 2 p.m. for "Disco Inferno," a spring concert built around disco-era anthems, dazzling choreography and a costume contest. Tickets for that show go on sale Dec. 1.

The two Everett dates are part of a broader 2026-27 season announced by the Seattle Men's Chorus and Seattle Women's Chorus, which together form one of the largest LGBTQ-identified choral organizations in the world. The groups have more than 400 singing members and perform for about 15,000 patrons annually across the Puget Sound, the Lynnwood Times reported.

Artistic director Paul Caldwell said the season opens "the way our audiences love best, with all the joy and spectacle of Prance & Be Merry." The holiday show features a full herd of reindeer numbers, Christmas comedy, dancing and a sing-along.

"Disco Inferno" will bring glittering costumes and audience dance-alongs to close out the year.

The season also includes "Journeys," a Seattle Women's Chorus concert conducted by resident conductor Beth Ann Bonnecroy. That show plays Seattle First Baptist Church on Feb. 20, 2027, and Northshore Concert Hall in Bothell on Feb. 27, 2027, but does not have an Everett date. Tickets for "Journeys" go on sale Dec. 1 at SeattleWomensChorus.org.

Craig Coogan, executive director of both choruses, said the lineup "has something for everyone." The organizations were founded in 1979 and 2002, respectively, and now tour across the region with stops in Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellingham and Everett.

The 1,534-seat Everett Civic Auditorium, owned and operated by Everett Public Schools, is at 2415 Colby Ave. Ticket prices were not listed in the season announcement.
